The Government of the Republic of Sudan was established in April 2025 as the nation’s transitional authority, following the signing of the Nairobi Transitional Charter in February 2025.
This government brings together Sudanese civil forces, armed movements, and democratic actors under a single vision:
- To end decades of conflict and division
- To restore accountable governance and rule of law
- To build a federal, democratic, and inclusive state that belongs to all Sudanese people
With unity, dialogue, and shared responsibility, Sudan enters a new chapter of peace, justice, and national renewal.
